The warehouse has only been erected, but has never been used. It is situated on a 12000sqm piece of land, with the gross amount of structure being 2100sqm, its internal height reaching 16m, hosting a built-in crane that weighs 10 tons.

The building can be approached through 2 different, partitioned gates, allowing entry for any sizes of trucks and lorries.
