The new house is located in Darnitsky district, 4 minutes ' walk from the station. m "Osokorki" and 25 minutes drive from the airport Borispol. Near the house there is shopping center "Continent", restaurants, pubs and cafes.

In the apartment of 6 berths. All towels and bedding are included.

Two bedrooms with double beds. Living room with double sofa bed. Two bathrooms. The kitchen is equipped with crockery , Cutlery, all necessary appliances.

Equipment appliances: TV, washing machine, fridge, electric kettle, microwave, iron, Hairdryer. The apartment has Internet WiFi.

A Deposit amount of the first night .

Availability of documents confirming the identity of the guest is necessary.

Provide proper accounting documents.

Check in is from 14:00. Check – out until 12:00.

Early or late check-in, check - "at night" is not performed.

- The apartments are only for living: spend a festive

events, corporate parties, graduations, weddings, movies and other public

the event is strictly prohibited.

- Smoking in the apartment or on the balcony is prohibited. A fine of 500 UAH.

- In between 22:00 and 08:00 are requested to be quiet. It is not recommended to make noise

loud music or TV, disturbing the peace of neighbors.

-Accommodation with Pets is not allowed.
