MMK designed by the West German firm "Franz Rirchfeld GmbH &Co" in 1990-91. She also carried out supervision.

General Contracting,selection and procurement of equipment was carried out by German firm "Agriculture and Food Technologies GmbH". She also carried out technical supervision over the construction and management contractors. The production complex was put into operation firm "Agriculture and Food Technologies GmbH" in 1996. The land occupied by the complex is 5,735 hectares.

The right to use the land enshrined in the Contract of land lease , duly executed in accordance with the Legislation of Ukraine to 2063.
